Hamilton County Veteran Service Organizations & Their Social Calendars

Message to All Veterans Service Organizations:

We are all struggling to reach our newer, younger Military Veteran community and gain memberships. Having an online presence will help us all better Market our Posts and the good we do for our Active Military, Veterans, their families and our whole community. Our new, younger Veterans are more electronically, social media connected so you need to have a footprint online for them to see who you are, what you offer, where and when. Until your Post has an online website, please create an online calendar and email the link to [email protected] so we may post them on this page for ALL VETERANS to see!! ALSO, we will be creating a Monthly “HAMILTON COUNTY MILITARY VETERAN NEWSLETTER” with whatever information you want your community to know about!! We will be sending this Newsletter to all media outlets asking for their help reaching our communities. This is FREE advertisement for your Post so please send your calendars and all information (with pictures of the good times) monthly. I will make sure to post them monthly so all our Heroes will know what is happening within our Veterans Network here in Hamilton County. If I have missed any Hamilton County Veterans Organizations, please send Me your info. Also, keep me updated on who your Post Commander is including their email and contact number. At this time we commend our Noblesville and Carmel American Legion Posts for their new upcoming websites plus the Fishers American Legion is beginning their build. Now let’s see our other Posts get into the market of growing their Posts!! Every Post needs to have a Community Outreach Specialist who will be marketing the Post and finding out the community needs as you invite them into the Post. Thank You!! Your Hamilton County Veterans Corp

Avon American Legion

  • I list this page solely for the purpose for other Posts to see and learn what they might want on their website. Everyone in your community, the general public included, needs to see a calendar of events, have access to your list of officers, know how to rent space in your facility, know what games are offered, see the food menu and know when food is offered and see what good your post does for your community! Your Veterans need to know how to join, how to gain access to help when needed and when/where and what time your meeting is held. Yes, your Post needs an internet presence to stay alive in the future! The Avon Legion even has links to other local Veteran organizations so they may WORK TOGETHER to help their Military Veteran Community!! Novel idea…..
